An 8 year old girl is noted by her teacher to have difficulty writing over three days. She has also has episodes of grimacing,and purposeless movements of her arms and legs, increased by effort but cease with sleep. She is brought urgently by her mother to the Casualty department one week later with severe shortness of breath. On examination she is found to be in heart failure but despite emergency treatment she passes away. On autopsy of the heart inflammatory lesions are found. They are likely to contain

a) amyloid material
b) acid fast bacilli
c) Aschoff bodies
d) myelin plaques
e) Donovan bodies
