A 44 year old manual labourer complains of right upper arm weakness. On examination when asked to lift his arm up he is noted to have winging of the scapula. This should be consistent with injuiry to

b) the right long thoracic nerve
c) the right trigeminal nerve
d) the left trigeminal nerve
e) the right recurrent laryngeal nerve
